We’ll start with a complimentary consultation at your project site. You’ll be able to interview the designer and get to know our firm; we’ll learn about the project, your preferences and what you want to achieve. Design

You’ll come to our studio (conveniently located near IKEA off of North Circular Road in Edmonton) for a tailored presentation on: | Your Design – To help you visualize your finished project we’ll present drawings of the floor plans, including 2-dimensional elevations and perspectives. A computerized 3-dimensional rendering of your project can also be created, to provide a 360-degree “walk through” view of your finished room(s). | | Your Contracts and Timelines – Budgets and contracts will be created and finalized. A preliminary project timeline will be discussed. | | Your Product Options – We’ll review a portfolio of recommended product options. Note that finalization of the design may require more than 1 visit. | | Your Questions – So that you’ll know what to expect during the construction process, we’ll answer all of your questions, including: | | | | Obtaining permits (we handle this for you) | | | | Storing existing furniture | | | | Removing hanging objects (such as pictures, paintings and mirrors) from the jobsite | | | | Securing valuables | | | | Arranging lodging if necessary | | | | Accommodating children and pet |
Production
We provide custom slab fabrication and cabinet production for both residential and commercial applications. Standard production times range from 3 to 9 weeks. Our new 10,000 square foot fabrication facility serves both our wholesale and retail divisions. LKB's fabrication technicians are certified to work on the most delicate natural stone and man-made materials, and can edge slabs with almost any profile. We use top-of-the-line CNC machinery, which improves the fabrication quality and streamlines the production time. Materials can also be UV treated for exterior applications. Procurement
